  • Registration information includes personal details, your game account information, and your nickname or in-game character.
  • Data is collected automatically, such as cookies and in-game logs (e.g., mission logs and war logs), and transaction logs. Additionally, we collect the following categories of personal data if you wish to use certain services we provide:
  • Information necessary to facilitate the processing of your purchase through a third party, such as player keys and receipt information.
  • The information needed to link your game account to your cryptocurrency wallet account includes, for example, your wallet address.
  • The information needed to handle your inquiries and requests, such as information related to the issue you contacted us about.
  • Required information for the event, such as your in-game nickname or the associated server name.

We obtain the above categories of information from you when you provide that information directly to us, or from other sources, including users of our services and third-party services and organizations (e.g., Google, Apple, Facebook). We do not collect any sensitive information (such as information relating to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership, genetic information, biometric information, health information, or information about a person's sexual life or sexual orientation) or any information relating to criminal convictions and offenses against you.

You will be notified via email and/or notice on our website of any changes to the ownership or use of your personal information. We may share aggregated or anonymized information about you with advertisers, publishers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties.

5. Safety

MAXION PTE., Ltd takes reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties. While we strive to store collected data on our services in a secure operating environment inaccessible to the public, we cannot guarantee the complete security of that data during transmission or storage on our systems. Furthermore, while we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our networks and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent hackers from illegally accessing this data. We do not warrant or represent that your data will be protected from loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties. However, no method of transmitting data over the internet or storing electronic data is 100% secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security.

6. Access to personal data.

If your personal information changes, or if you no longer wish to use our services, you can correct, update, or delete incorrect information by making changes in your account settings or by contacting us at https://maxion.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals/. We will respond to your access request within 30 days.

7. Data storage.

We will retain your personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was processed, generally without a request to delete personal data and without a valid legal reason to continue retaining it. After the termination of our relationship, we will retain your data for 1 month after the cancellation of your game account registration, or for the period specified in the table below:

Appropriate safeguards will include technical and organizational measures in place to ensure that data reduction principles are respected.

8. Policies regarding children.

We do not intend to collect or request personal information from anyone under the age of 13, or allow such an individual to use our services. If you are under the age of 13, please do not send us any information about yourself, including your name, address, phone number, or email address. No one under the age of 13 can provide personal information. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information immediately. You can choose to opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the email. Even if you choose to opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your account or our ongoing business relationships.

The company is based in Singapore, and the majority of its business operations are conducted in Singapore. If you use our services from outside Singapore, you consent to your personal data being transferred to, stored, and processed in Singapore, Thailand, and/or other countries by the company and/or its affiliates as described in this privacy policy. As described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, when you submit personal information through our services, that information is stored in secure databases, devices, and servers located in Singapore, Thailand, and/or other countries. The company officially announces that it does not provide any services to European or American users. If you are a European or American user, please do not attempt to access any services or play any games through the company's services. Furthermore, if you acquire new citizenship, or for any other reason, become a European or American user after using the services, you should inform the company of this fact so that we can terminate your access to the services under the Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy.

The applicable language of this Privacy Policy is Thai. If you have received a translation into any other language, it is for your convenience only. The Thai version of this Privacy Policy will prevail in the event of any inconsistency between the Thai version and its translation.
